More colleges and universities are now offering scholarships to those who can show their love for their communities, as a way to make a difference in their communities.
But with the election of Donald Trump as president and with many of these students and families still feeling ostracized, there’s still no universal standard for what a college board scholarship is.
We spoke with the college board, which represents more than 200 schools in the U.S., to find out what you need to know about the college scholarship.
Here are the basics: What is a college scholarship?
A college scholarship is a federal award that helps students who attend a community college to pay for their college education.
A college board scholarships program has been around since 2006, but it has grown to include more than 100 schools.
The program awards $1,000 for college for four years, and students receive a certificate of completion, or a letter of recommendation, that gives them a chance to find jobs or careers outside of their chosen field of study.

What are the eligibility requirements?
The eligibility criteria are different for each college, and you need a minimum GPA of 3.0.
There are no admissions requirements, and the colleges and schools that participate have no financial ties to their applicants.
How does it work?
A community college will look for an applicant to fill out a scholarship application.
The application must be completed online and submitted to the college within a few days.
Then, the college will contact the applicant, and they’ll receive a letter from the board that says that they are eligible to apply.
Students who can’t find work after their first four years will have a chance at a new school, if they are still interested.
If they don’t apply, the school will contact them and they may have to reapply for a second chance.
Students must also take a test to ensure they’re eligible for the scholarship.
What is an application?
A scholarship application is usually about 20 to 30 pages long, and it must be filled out online.
The college board will send you a form with a sample application and a set of supporting documents.
Students should complete the form as quickly as possible.
They may also have to wait up to five days for an answer.
The board will then contact the student and they will be asked to submit their transcript.
If the student’s transcript includes a grade point average of 2.3 or higher, they may be eligible for a scholarship.
If not, they’ll have to retake the exam.
What are other scholarships?
The board also has scholarships for those who choose not to take a class in the last semester of their college year.
Students may also be eligible to take an internship in their community.
For those who are working full time, the board offers a six-week paid internship.
Students can apply for a five-month paid internship if they can show that they’ve had the internship for less than three months.
A few colleges offer grants, as well, and those may include stipends.
The grants are based on need, and are not paid directly.
For example, a student may get $500 a month to cover rent while they’re working at a job in the community.
Is there a limit on how much a student can receive?
Yes, and that varies from college to college.
Some scholarships can only be awarded to students who can afford it.
If that means that the student has to work part-time for the entire amount of the scholarship, that is not acceptable.
If a student is working full-time at a minimum wage job for six months, that’s fine.
For students who are making less than $20,000 per year, it’s a problem.
How do I apply?
You can apply online.
If you’re not from the U of T, the university’s Student Life website offers help with how to apply for scholarships.
If it’s not from your school, check with your school’s admissions office.
You may also want to check the university website for scholarships available for international students.
What if I don’t have an application yet?
If you haven’t applied yet, don’t fret.
There’s no need to rush.
The university has also launched a website to let students know what they can expect to receive once they submit their application.
Students are required to provide their home address and email address, as part of the application process.
Students also have two months to complete the application online, which is also the time to review any documents.
